Portland-Western Culinary Institute also offers hands-on training under the direction of professionals who teach in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management, and Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking Programs.
