   I would like to judge your University and College on-line studies. The main field of
   studies I am most interested in is your Technology studies. I tried to get a college
   degree in Technology, Computer Programing, however there was one uncredited course I’ve alwas seemed to have a little problem with. That is of course the English, one course with no credit but the low-class Enducation department still puts a value on that, of what I’m lost.

   Now to see if there might be of any way to use my pressent studies. In the college my easiest
   course was Algebra, my credits were 95,92,91,83,
   with the Final examp around 85, a little bit higher then my fourth credit.

   With that I was not able to get a NY Degree, so
   I tuck and received the NY Certificates of
   Data Processing, WordPerfect,Computer Operation,
   and I tuck and passed Onondaga Communtiy College
   College of Living Certificate in Computer Programing. Seeing how that was not a degree,
   though better then state certificate, I am not sure really what the title of that studies were, or if there might be of any value for even better studies in that field of studies.

   Well I do believe that will be all that I pressently have to say. Maybe if I give you my
   SSI #, and maybe my NY ID that might help you
   better to find the facts of myself to have a
   chance on seeing if I might really get the licences needed to work in this nation. Thanks again for your time, do contact me.
