In this 14 month Associate degree program, you’ll receive hands-on training in the skills most in demand for employment at hospitals, clinics, and physician’s offices. Students learn to assist in clinical patient care tasks, including examinations and treatment. They learn lab procedures, including hematology, phlebotomy, and specimen collection. And they learn computer and communications skills, including record keeping, billing, and scheduling..

The program includes a two month internship.The Bradford School medical assistant program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education programs (CAAHEP), on recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants’ Endowment (AAMAE).
