The Arizona Culinary Institute offers an Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. This concentrated program lasts 15 months, and includes an externship lasting 3 months at a restaurant or facility of the student’s choice.
Bachelor Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management is one of the programs of Arizona Culinary Institute - This advanced program is designed to provide an advanced culinary arts education, along with the management and communications skills needed to operate a food service establishment. Students learn the theory and practical application of topics including international cuisine and buffet catering, along with supervision and management. The program includes a thirteen week hands-on internship.
