The Keiser University - Center of Culinary Arts has three locations in Florida; Melbourne, Sarasota and Tallahassee. The college provides the education and hands-on training you need to be a success in the creative field of culinary arts. The Keiser University - Center of Culinary Arts offers two degree programs: Associate of Science degree with a major in Culinary Arts and the Associate of Science degree with major in Baking and Pastry Arts (Tallahassee campus only). The A.S. in Culinary Arts combines practical experience in fully-equipped kitchens and solid academics in an environment that emphasizes professionalism.

The Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts program has a comprehensive curriculum that includes principles of food service production, food service sanitation, nutrition, stock and sauces, American regional cuisine, dining room management, introduction to baking & pastry, storeroom operations, meat cutting, international cuisine, and French cuisine. With a degree in culinary arts or baking and pastry arts from Keiser University - Center of Culinary Arts, you will join one of the most exciting, in-demand fields of the 21st century.
