Arizona Culinary Institute is located in an 18,000 square foot facility featuring five different kitchens, four classrooms and student run du Jour restaurant. Arizona Culinary Institute’s building was designed from the ground up to be a culinary school and is spacious, comfortable and has the finest professional equipment.

The Arizona Culinary Institute offers an Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. This concentrated program lasts 15 months, and includes an externship lasting 3 months at a restaurant or facility of the student’s choice.
Bachelor Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management is one of the programs of Arizona Culinary Institute - This advanced program is designed to provide an advanced culinary arts education, along with the management and communications skills needed to operate a food service establishment. Students learn the theory and practical application of topics including international cuisine and buffet catering, along with supervision and management. The program includes a thirteen week hands-on internship.
